WHAT HOMEFINDERS.COM BUYERS AGENTS DO FOR OUR
HOME BUYER CLIENTS

When you buy a home in Laurel with the help of a Homefinders.com buyer's agent, you get the help buyers need from the first tour when we show you homes in your price range, to settlement, when you get the keys to your newly purchased home.

Below is a list of duties of a good buyers agent.

We will provide you with comprehensive neighborhood reports with state, county, city, community statistics for incomes, education levels, local school, houses of worship, household characteristics, age, employment, population, growth/density, climate, crime and many more facts to help you research the communities you wish to consider.

SEARCH THE LISTINGS

We provide our buyers with access to the database of homes for sale to keep you up to date on new listings. You can see photos, descriptions, prices, features of homes that meet your search criteria. Folks love this program since it permits buyers to select the homes to visit. This database is very helpful to relocating buyers by helping to understand what your money will buy in different communities of Maryland or Virginia.

THE MORTGAGE FINDER

We work with many lenders and can recommend lenders that offer the types of home loans you need. Of course, if you are already working with a lender, that's O.K. too. We work with on-line lenders and local lenders who know the communities in which we sell homes. That's very helpful since out of town lenders often do not always know the local state and county transfer fees. We'll make sure you get good service and pay as little as possible. In this real estate market, buyers are expected to provide a letter of credit approval with an offer, so be prepared with that document if you are not using a local lender. Sellers and sellers agents will do little to nothing with a written offer without a credit pre-approval.

LEAVE THE DRIVING TO US

We'll provide the gasoline to visit the homes that meet your search criteria. HOMEFINDERS.COM agents are full time Realtors who will show you homes at your convenience. We recommend looking at real estate during daylight hours. Our agents are available to show homes seven days a week. If you are a relocating buyer, we'll clear our schedule for your buying trip and spend the days with you to make sure you see as much real estate during your trip as possible.
