HOW WE SHOW A HOME.
When we show you a home, we will go through the house with a keen eye. Often, because we are very experienced, have specialized training, attend many home inspections, we look at things in a house that you, as buyers, may never consider. While you're looking at the wall paper in the dining room, we'll be looking for evidence of structural movement. While you're considering the table space in the
dining room, we'll be looking at the age of the appliances. When you look for storage space in the basement, we'll be looking at the furnace to make sure it has been serviced. WE DON'T LEAVE EVERYTHING TO THE HOME INSPECTOR
We are not home inspectors and don't pretend to be. However, if our keen eye and experience helps you select a good home to buy, your home inspection is going to tell you what a great home you have. Home inspections are expensive. A home inspection on a $300,000 home will cost $375. It will save you and your family a lot of disappointment if you do not enter in to a contract on a bad house, pay for a home inspection only to find that the house has "fatal" defects.
